You’d have your BA in another field, yes?
Almost all of them, to my knowledge. Most do not require a BA in music. They do, however, require extensive musical ability and etc, and often a certain amount of music-related undergraduate coursework.
I found a number of programs by searching Google for MASTER MUSIC EDUCAITON. Here are some of the results with links below. Colorado does not require a B.A. in music, but it does require evidence of undergraduate preparation equivalent to that required for the bachelor of music education degree.
Northwestern looks at musicianship and scholarship.
University of Texas Arlington will accept a bachelor’s in another subject with a substantial number of hour is music.
