Which universities, namely on the East Coast, have top-notch music programs?
balloon_003 asked:
I really want to major in music, but I also want a really good liberal arts education, so I’m not looking for conservatories. If you don’t know which universities or colleges have good arts departments, then can you send me a list or a site where I can find out more about them? Thank you so much for your time, I greatly appreciate it.
